- Valleys TV Review added: 2017.12.23★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely the worst place I've been! Their lack of communication skills are appalling I went on their website twice to cancel my storage, and twice they did not send me a confirmation email to say it has been cancelled also at the start when I first took it out they didn't send me my code for the storage until I asked them to do so, when I eventually got a call from them saying my storage was cancelled which was the last day I was meant to be there I accidentally left some books behind and they said if I did not remove them I would get a £75 charge for cleaning it out which is disgraceful! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE
